This week, we’re inviting you to play Truth or Dare with us!

Each day there is a different challenge. Pick either the truth or the dare and share which task you picked by tagging us on social media with #HERTruthOrDare. We’re giving HER swag to any challenger who plays every day!

Monday

Truth: Who or what is giving you the most joy in life right now?Bonus Points: How do you go about receiving more joy? Tag us in a post explaining your truth!Dare: Mediate for 3 minutes. Set a timer. Sit comfortably and try to focus solely on your breathing.Bonus points: Jot down how those three minutes felt. Were you distracted? Did they help you? Let us know in the comments!

Truth: What’s something that’s been giving you anxiety lately?Bonus Points: How can you sort through this anxiety?Dare: Send a text to a friend and tell them how much they mean to you.Bonus Points: Send us an anonymous message about your friend that we’ll post to our Instagram Story!

Wednesday

Truth: What’s a short term goal you have?Bonus Points: Tell us how you plan on meeting your goal!Dare: Jot down a list of things that are important to you in a partner.Bonus Points: Share a post with some items from your list!

Thursday

Truth: When’s the last time you practiced self-care?Bonus Points: Schedule some time on your calendar for self care. Maybe Mondays can be your new yoga day. Tell us your plan for the rest of the month!Dare: Find a yoga video on YouTube and take at least 10 minutes to stretch and pose.Bonus Points: Dare a friend to do some yoga with you
