Shay Huff, Board member
Seattle, Washington
Shay is a holistic wellness enthusiast. Her primary focus is to first do whatever work she is called to do in order to uncover and integrate the many aspects of her shadow - to be endlessly curious about what holistic wellness means and to travel the road of discovery, both outwardly and inwardly, finding ways of incorporating whatever care practices she find into her life in sustainable ways.
Her approach to healing is centered around cultivating “The Trifecta” or mind, body, and spirit wellness. When we work toward balance in these areas, we create space and opportunity for deep inner discovery, processing, and healing. Shay does this by engaging in yoga, journaling, cold plunges, cold showers, prayer rituals, both heat-intensive and more traditional style meditation, spiritual study and life integration, breathwork, and sound healing.
Shay completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2016. She was trained as a professional and life coach in 2017. In 2023, she received a level one breathwork facilitator certification and is actively engaging in ongoing sound bath facilitator and meditation guidance study and training.
Her offerings are designed to create safe and nonjudgmental spaces where she can support people in operating from a place of curiosity, vulnerability, and compassion, both for themselves and the other participants. She offers tools to ground, to pause, and to reflect. She offers tools to explore the inner world, tap into divine intuition, increase confidence, and learn to trust in self.
