One day you will wake up from the fog you've been held under for so long

It will not be your choice but my God it will be what you've longed for for so long

It will be as if you are breathing for the first time

Which you are

This will be the resurrection of you a new you

The resurrection from what they did to you how they stole your light

You will come back to us all

You will wake up and remember those that love you are still here and never left

In the season of death you will learn who really loves you and who does not

You will learn to keep going and the weight of those who only pretended to love you; you will let them fall and keep going

You will learn that those you truly love you; they will keep you grounded without drowning you, they will be your everything; be good to them.

You will learn to be good to yourself as well as even though you feel you don't deserve it; you do.

You can do this, it will get better. Just take it one day at a time, there is still so much more for you;
